Well apparently a lot of things can be done in DOW2, Horus and Mirage Knight are the ones in charge of that one.
If you follow the link of Warpstorm over Aurelia, you'll see that Horus has managed to get scratch built models into DOW2, also from what i've heard its also possible to recreate the different facing armours on vehicles like on TT.

That's nothing new actually, it's one of the definint characteristics of the engine. It was in Company of Heroes before DoW2 adapted it to its needs, and it remains this way in DoW2.also from what i've heard its also possible to recreate the different facing armours on vehicles like on TT.
