Painting the Star Phantoms

Hi Guys and Gals,

I have a quick Request

In the Playing Aid Badab War there are some sweet Star Phantoms

but how do you paint them like that

Please help a Wargamer out

It looks like hawk turquoise on the head and shoulders, Battlegrey on the arms and upper legs, and fortress grey from the knee down, going by the squad on page 22. Hope this helps.
