Breaking up 4 Melta Bombs

I've got a Sanguinary Priest on Bike with Melta Bombs [...joined to...] 5 Scout bikers, with a Sgt. with Melta Bombs.

Can I break this unit apart, have the scout bikers and the Independant Character charge the same thing and each throw a melta bomb?

Only in the Movement Phase can you break them up. You won't be able to do it while you Charge.
