Comments are welcome guys. I'm still very new to Fantasy, but have gotten some snarky comments that my list is to nasty. If it is I'm not seeing it as the list has a lot of severe trade-offs. However, I'm not super into what the current "meta" is for WFB is and what folks think is over the top. Thoughts are welcome.

That's true, but even that is not enough to justify snarky comments.

He's not running an unkillable lord, nor is he overloading on black guard. This is definitely a very fair list and one that I would be happy to play in a fun/non-tourny environment.

Looks like a very solid list. There are lots of decent sized infantry units which is different from the min maxing of dark riders and repeater crossbowmen that I see in locally and on lists in forums.

As mentioned in an earlier post 2 hydras will make people cry but as I see it, if its legitimately allowed in an army book then I have no problem with anyone taking it.

I am also trying to build a DE list with no magic in it as a change from the crossbow/magic heavy DE lists which are popular.

As a huge fan of the new cold one models I have built the army around cold one knights and chariots.
