Fire Raptor rules, a few questions

Hey Folks

I have a Fire Raptor and I printed the rules from the FW website but there a few rules/option that I don't know the rules for and was hoping people could point me in the right direction.

Extra armour is listed in it equipment but I have no idea what this does?

Also there is an option for 20 points for Armour cerimite again can't seem to find the rules for this

Extra armor should be in the BRB and armored ceramite is imunity against the Melta special rule.
