[1250] - Tau - Please help improve consolidate my Tau list

Im looking for some advice my army stands like this at the moment but i can move what i have into to different arrangements.This list is coming in at approx 1850 im looking to cut it to 1250 So any advice on how to amend it would be appreciated.

The riptide in a 1250pt game would be pretty nasty, I'd keep that.

Shave off the Ion Hammerhead, the carnivores, cut the pathfinders to 8 with no special weapons, and maybe cut the breachers too. thats a start.

Smaller games play differently, Id swap the 2x12 fire warriors for 3x8, give you more ability to cover objectives. There is a lot more open ground in a smaller game so the battlesuit jetpack mobility will be really useful, id keep them in for sure.
