I like this list alot better, the 6 marines is up to you. Does your codex require a 10 man squad for special weapons or just for heavy? If you can put a melta in there I think you have something.

i was gonna try and find another csm and then have one more squad of 7 plague marines. I might just trade my sob to my brother cause he just came to a screaming halt when build his csm and went to salamanders. That way i can get more chaos models
