Just had a quick look and seemed too specific to your army type. Further it was more like listing what is available to you in a given phase of the battle. I do apply my own phase by phase helper which I run through mentally because reading text during the game is likely to slow down the game and irritate your opponent.

However I have made my own cards of the special rules that apply to the units on the board and I have a secondary force chart. It lists who is in it and what special rules apply. It is very handy if I am going into a tournament where I know ahead what scenario we are playing because it can list the events in set up, I can attach a copy if you wish. The cards are more for showing my opponent what is happening if I initiate a special rule. They quote the rule word for word and provide a pg ref in the rule book. Though I play Dar my son is IG, CSM or the Mechanicus stuff so I know the system is transferable.

In the actual game, we all know the sequence but a good way not to miss anything is to also sequence your actions in the phase. So movement, shooting, assault and CC all happen from left to right when it is my turn. In the psychic phase it happens from senior to junior, I play Dar and usually have at least 1 spiritseer and some warlocks.

Then all you need to do is apply the tactics necessary for the overall strategy. e.g. The 1st three rounds are manoeuvre and shooting at primary targets, the last round is FA for line breaker and seize objectives.

Thanks for the feedback. The project is on hold now until 8th.
