Well I appreciate the effort that goes into your battle reports.

Unfortunately, as soon as I see unpainted figures I'm done. It's a shame that somebody spends so much time, effort, money and mental energy on this game and doesn't finish painting the army.

That's a valid point of view, one I completely get.

Personally I never attend a tournament with an unpainted army but I'm also aware I can't hold others to the same standard. There was only one unfinished model in my army - did you spot him? - but my opponent's army is a work in progress.

It is what it is. I'd like to see more painted armies in battle reports but folks have different standards for what they want out of the hobby and focus on the play rather than the painting.
