I got beat up BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD.

But still, like we were discussing, that's just going to happen sometimes. The best thing you can do is try to snag as many points as you can before the game ends.
Plus even if you don't win there are other prizes to be won.

But most important, even if you don't win.....

Yeah... I don't know how you could have won that game. That Macharius was a delete key for whatever it wanted and Abe had enough tanks left over so that even if you'd charged one or two, the others could punish your heavy hitters. Maybe if you could have got your Malefic Lords up on the right with Morty you could have tied up the tanks with charges... but that still would have taken some doing.

You did make a good show of keeping the objectives contested, so there's that.

Yeah... I don't know how you could have won that game.

Actually Abe and I were talking about that today.

According to him, it certainly would not have been an easy battle even if I had done everything optimally.
But, what I probably should have done is drive basically everyone right up the middle. Used the noise marines to take out all the infantry. Then charged the tanks with the berserkers to tie them up. Then hope for the best.

We had a good talk about some tactics and all which I hope I will remember on Sunday.
