Ok so I know right away alot of people don't like to take Vox Casters. Personally they have always saved me whenever I needed them and I find that the 5 points are worth it especially because I am taking Creed. Now some people are iffy with Creed ,but I like the 24" command radius, this way I don't have to keep all my infantry units crammed close to my command to give out orders and it allows me to be more mobile. Now you may notice in the one infantry squad I gace them a Commissar. He is there for if i decide to combine my infantry squads. The Grenade Launches are in the squads to provide another small template or to use a krak on light vehicles if needed, with the goal of just gun lineing. If needed, ordering "Honor Of Cadia" with Creed on the combined squad when needed might also be effective.

I think it's pretty great. What I'm not getting is why you mix and match your veterans. Just do 3 x Melta in each squad. You can drop the (useless) grenade launchers if you need more points.
