This is really just a list I want to play with, rather than an out-and-out attempt to be competetive. Does anyone have any suggestions though? I feel like it might be lacking some punch.

I'd drop the sponsons on the vanquisher and get grenade launchers for the infantry. I too use vanquishers in my 'fun' lists and find they either die horribly or stay in a corner trieing to snipe armor. Plus I use the FW turrets and I think they look better with naked sides.

Other than that all I can say is it looks different from what I normally do, and doesn't look ineffective. Although since it's straken, why not remove the heavy weapons from the infantry and go pure rambos on your opponent?
