I found my base hull:
Mediterranean Xebec
Perfect scale: 35" long, 7" wide.
She's got a long slender hull, lateen sails, and an overall fast look to her.
I think it'll be a perfect basis for heavy modification. You High Elves better watch your coastlines closely!
