Seems AoW while still massively behind on getting the units and models made for their Dwarf Army Indiegogo campaign (largely due to Felix's insistence on scultping the whole lot himself) have made progress in switching their unit production from their resin/plastic hybrid (Warcast) to injected moulded plastic and the first unit of those to be re-done is the Corrupters of the Apocalypse which have gone up for pre-order (expected delivery date is in December). Here's a pic of all the bits in the set:

The injection mold for the plastic Corrupters of the Apocalypse is alredy being tooled! Plastic injection tooling takes its time so the box will not be available until December.

In the meantime we have prepared a limited pre-order offer that we hope will make you want to get your Corrupters today even if December is still quite away: For the duration of this offer (limited to 400 boxes) you can get a special box of 24 Corrupters of the Apocalypse (161 plastic parts) for 30 € (the normal sale box will be 16 miniatures for 35 €) together with this exclusive miniature of a Lord of Petilence with great weapon (available only through this offer).

The new Corrupters figures mantain the same aesthetic that was so well accepted but thanks to the possibilities that offer plastic injection the box comes now with many more separate pieces for assembling or using in conversions (heads; arms; legs; weapons...).
Here is that exclusive figure:

They also have a new character model of an Amazon!

The Amazons of Barbaria are a tribe of fearsome and legendary warrior originating from those cold lands to the north of Krond. Their fame has not gone unnoticed to Cael Lord of the Apocalypse who tempts the Amazons with his gifts in order to add some these dreaded warriors to his cause of death and destruction.
Those Amazons of the Apocalypse especially notable for their cruelty are known as the Manhunters.

The Amazons the Apocalypse are a specialist regiment to harass and decimate enemy ranks based on powerful javelins and to support charges from the rear or flank. A must if you intend to make a tactical game and cancel the enemy supporting regiments.
I'm not a fan of the Nurgle aesthetic generally, but I kinda like the Corrupters and the Manhunter just looks badass.
