Dude it says in the WD that all distortion weapons have the destroyer rule.

Yup looks like it.. That's brutal. But as you said, the insane tax will definitely water down the army. (Why the **** do I have to take vypers? I never liked them and don't even own a single model...)
Only one unit of rangers per core seems weird? I have sh&tloads of them and was hoping to do some funky lists with them here and there.. Guess not.
The wraithknight seems just so over the top, I guess the stock cost will be at least 400pts..
