That's a lot of dakka!
Three whatever the hell they are (Rail weapons would be my guess), triple barrelled Ion Spifflicator*, two twin linked Burst Cannon, two SMS (though possibly just multi racked Missile Pods) and there's more dakka not shown on the right arm.
