the librarian goes in a stormraven and the dreads go in the two others.
the librarian uses shield for the stormravens, so they can shoot everything.

Las/plas for Angels rules because of the fast vehicles. I'd add melta into those Assault Squads and flamers so you can deal with tough armour and hordes.

Some Priests would be a god send for this amry. They really are a must unit in a Blood Angels army.

Storm Ravens are expensive and a big target. Yours don't know what they're doing as they have a mix of anti tank and anti troop. I know they have POTMS but you can only fire ONE weapon at another target and those hurricane bolters count as two. I'd drop the bolters and the plasma cannon and get a lascannon on it and now it is all anti tank.

If it were me I would replace the plasma with meltas/flamers (only because I have an uncanny ability to roll 1s when firing them). But certainly a Priest would be useful if you end up with the razor backs being popped.
