Lux's Dystopian FSA Fleet

A couple pics of my growing FSA armada. Bigred has some group shots I hope he'll post. I'll add more photos when I get home tonight.

The color scheme is blatantly ripped off of Col. Gravis' without as much time spent blending the greys. Heck, what am I saying, I spent zero time blending the greys. The idea was to have a fleet that looks decent, paints up quickly, and fits with the background where the south won the civil war.

The details on your carrier decks really take it over the top. Very well done!

How did you fare painting the zeppelins? I play KoB personally, but a buddy of mine that plays FSA is a bit intimidated by the amount of (extremely small and fiddley) rigging.

Nice stuff all around. Makes me wish I hadn't sold off my FSA fleet. However, I'm chomping at the bit for the Italians. They just need to hurry up and get to them!

I will have to take some photos of my Covenant of antartica force. I am a bit of a collector, and do not get the time to paint as much because I am a Telco Rigger on the road a lot, and have to split my painting time between 40K, Battletech and Dystopian Wars.

I have collected a decent fleet force with a dreadnought, 4 Battleships, a Carrier, 12 Cruisers, 10 Escorts, and too many smaller craft (Corvettes, Destroyers & Frigates, etc) to remember. Totalling about 3200 points. There is also a decent force for the Army and Airforce both about 1200 points each.

In addition to this I have a force of Army, Navy and Airforce for the Republic of France which totals at 3000 points combined. As you can get guess I do not need to collect any more for Dystopian unless something special comes out for both my forces.

I hope to get more time to paint them, but I will have to be satisfied with the 2 small Antartic fleets. One has a Dreadnought with appropriate escorts and other ships, the other is led by a Battleship.

I hope to get some photos to put up when I get back to Sydney on the weekend.

I would like to see the Ottoman Empire Forces come out. They would have to do something different to give them an individual feel to them and make them popular.
