Ragnar and any wolf lord with Saga of the warrior born could "possibly" get above 10 attacks, but only for 1 assault phase and in the perfect scenario.

Can't see any legitimate way to get logan past 10 attacks in a normal game but in apocalpyse you probably could with certain combos with things like a legion relic
