Deep Striking Flying Monsterous Creatures?

Might have missed a thread on this but what rule set do you follow on this. If enter in swooping mode says must move 12 to 24 inches or is this covered in deepstrike counting as the required movement? And no dangerous terrain test or mishaps unless landing on a unit (may be affected by if they can move or not after scatter rolled)?

i believe that the rule for them coming in swooping is so that you can only be hit on 6's by the enemy non skyfire. Second i do believe that if you are swooping and you end in a piece of terrain you have to take a dangerous terrain test.

It is pretty plainly stated that swooping MCs do not take dangerous terrain tests.

I see no reason you would not be able to arrive by deep strike and be swooping.
