Almost done with the feet now, just the side and rear toes and some green stuff/Plasticard/basing filling and detailing to go.
Also found some good components for the imperator's void shield banks.
Loving the pistons! The back of his leg is looking great.

Great progress mate. The toes do look a bit on the small side though...

In retrospect I would have made the toes slightly larger but too late now.
Done with the feet for now. On to the legs which are going to be tricky as I need to disguise the plumbing joints.
If you want the toes to be bigger, maybe add another layer of MDF board under the current one as a sort've platform shoe, with wider/longer toes? You'd have to add more to the rubble so it'd touch the board, but if you're doing something as intense an Imperator you might as well make sure everything's near-perfect.
Good idea, some wood glue might do the trick to stick it together and I do have some more MDF board available. I think I'll wait and see what it looks like when fully assembled though and see if it needs it.
Some bits for the leg joints, recycled bits from other projects:
Seconded. Fantastic looking start to this though! cannot wait to see more!If you want the toes to be bigger, maybe add another layer of MDF board under the current one as a sort've platform shoe, with wider/longer toes?
