It's like when they lay into stuff like Transformers, criticising it for not hitting highs it didn't really aim for. I mean, what did they expect? I expected 80 foot tall robots having a punch up, and that's exactly what I got. With the added bonus of Megan Fox's charms wobbling about in slo-mo. As long as it entertains, why give it a bad review?

Saw it.

Overall impression: I didn't like it, but it wasn't as bad as I'd feared. I'll probably see the rest, because a) they'll get better and b) like I said, it wasn't that bad.

I went to see it again just before I came on holiday with the kids. Every time the wife or one if the nippers starts to get on my nerves, I start humming that dwarves song. Calms me right down
