No?
Then he can't bolster it.
Edit: Dark Angels Techmarines can work their magic on any "piece of terrain," not just ruins, but their version specifically states that the terrain may not be a piece you have purchased as part of your army list. So that's also a no.Last edited by Houghten; 03-06-2013 at 05:15 PM.

No, Techmarines can only bolster Ruins, Aegis Defense Lines count as a special kind of Battlefield Debris.
