Few days I found an old AoBR pilot i picked up with some bits a while ago. He was some what encrusted with a very thick layer of paint. Alas i have no pic of his condition.

Fist job was to strip back to clean plastic as best as possible and so out came the nail polish remover and tooth brush, the tip of a needle was also used to encourage paint out of the deeper recesses.

and so paint.

What he said. It does look like a bang up job though mate Very well done. I particularly like the winged skull motif on the chest piece.

Was there a particular reason you went for green? Are you planning on basing him properly or doing anything else with the model?
