well upgrade/minor SC & "regular" (HQ) SC might be different in some peoples eyes, as in they might let the multiple upgrade characters slide more often than the regular SC (9 outflanking Reaver Titans? CREEEEEEEEEEED!!!!!!). that said, it's really up to the opponent to decide if they want to play that. personally, if the other team had two people with calgar, i wouldn't mind, but if one person showed up with 6 calgars for themselves, then maybe a discussion is in order, but that would depend on my mood. if they could come up with a cool reason, then i'd say go for it. otherwise just add some more lords or vindicators or something...
but hey, it's apocalypse, big high S low AP templates are abundant, so erasing a SC or two might not be too hard.
