    Birds fly, fish swim, GW raises prices. This is less news and simply more of the same.

    Where abouts are you? I don't think the Aussie prices have changed. They've been pretty stable for a while now, it my opinion that GW finally realised that if they wanted to stop loosing sales in oz they needed to match the prices internationally. Of course they've done this by increasing the international prices but hey!

    Dont worry too much;
    US Federal minimum wage (for 20+) $7.25 USD
    AU minimum wage (for 20+) $16.00 AUD
    Exchange rate 1 USD = 1.1 AUD.

    Average disposable income per person in USD (using OECD data):

    USA: $42,050

    Australia: $34,952

    UK: $33,513

    Not everyone earns minimum wage

    There is an argument of using median rather than mean, but this is one that we have had before.
