Coffee or beer. And occasionally water, when I am feeling the need to hydrate.

There's water in tears and in beer! Stay hydrated by smiting your foes and celebrating your victories!

And if I ever play Space Wolves (unlikely, too much painting!), Mead.

Lovely, lovely Mead. A proper warriors drink!

Neuro Sonic, gives me a bit of an alertness boost without that caffeine edge to it and it tastes awesome. It's kinda become a habit for any game I expect to be competitive to grab one at the 7/11 above my FLGS

Nothing, because I can go an hour or two without moistening my gullet.

Mountain dew or water. Either god awful tooth rot juice or crisp clean water.

Well, if I'm at the shop or a tourney, water is pretty much where it's at.

For home games, there's usually some good craft beer involved and again, lots of water.

Staying properly hydrated tends to make the game more enjoyable.
