Any idea on what models to use for Fenrisian wolves and Cyberwolves ?
I really do not like the wolf model from Warhammer fantasy!

You've got the warg mini from the rings game as well as sabertusks from ogre kingdom hunters. It's possible to mount marines on them, but not sure if it'll look right. Maybe use the lions from the High Elf chariot and greenstuff them into more wolfish looking. Just some of the minis that comes to mind.
You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everyone else, and we are all part of the same compost pile.
Thanks,
I have already used the lions from the High Elves charriot to create Thunderwolves Thunderwolf conversion.
But it will take too much time (and money) to do the conversions for standard wolves...
so I was looking for something almost complete...
If you haven't checked these out you really should.

These models represents wolf mounts... what I was looking for are models for plain wolves in order to have a fenirsian wolves pack in my army.
I'm using the Chaos Warhound as fenrisian wolves. I'm not sure if that is the "Fantasy Wolf" model the OP refered to.
I second the request for cyberwolves. Anything remotely techy and fits on a calvary base would do, but it's tricky to find models like that.
If you don't like the Fantasy models I recommend the Chaos Warhounds . A little trimming and some Green stuff and you have some very characterful wolves.

I.ve used Chaos Hounds made green stuff tails extended hair down back, fill were horns go and add ears.
For Cyber wolfs I used Vampire Counts Dire Wolfs, add "tech" parts
I just found this on the GW website in the Lord of the Rings Advance Orders

These would work very well with little Green Stuff work
I finally decided for the Chaos Warhounds...
here are the first test I did. The most important thing I learned is that in order to resemble a real wolf there is the need to rise the eyes and the forehead...
that turned out to be not so complicated in the end...
